The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced the sale of the Ukraina Hotel, a state-owned enterprise located in the center of Kyiv. The starting price of the asset is 1 billion 47 million 637 thousand 152 hryvnias.

“1 billion 047 million 637 152 hryvnias. This is the starting price of the “Ukraine” hotel determined by the auction commission. Then this price and auction conditions are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers”, – remarked Koval.
This 4-star hotel was built in 1961 and offers:
- 250 seats in the restaurant “Ukraine”
- 4 banquet halls
- Modern business center
- 6 conference halls and meeting rooms
- Beauty salon, sauna, massage room
- Parking for 69 cars
- Private laundry services
The sale of the “Ukraine” hotel takes place within the framework of a major privatization program aimed at attracting investments into the Ukrainian economy.
The auction is scheduled for the summer of 2024 and will be held in the “Prozorro.Prodazhi” system.
