The Ministry of Defense is preparing a reform of the CCC and SP, which will divide their functions into three areas

The Ministry of Defense is preparing a reform of territorial recruitment and social support centers, which will focus on social aspects, registration of conscripts and preparation of citizens for military service. About this reported First Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Gavrilyuk.
“As for the reform, we plan to divide the functions and tasks entrusted to the Territorial Centers of Recruitment and Social Support into their components. For example, the first component – social issues – should be separated.
The second component is TCC itself. They will continue to keep records of reservists and all conscripts, call them to retraining courses, send them to the relevant meetings. And the third component is the issue of preparing the population for service in the Armed Forces or units of the Security and Defense Forces. We also plan to separate this function.” Gavrilyuk noted.
We will remind that in November 2024, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umyerov, stated that the discussion of the reform of the territorial centers of recruitment and social support is ongoing, and various concepts of its implementation are being developed.
