The Ministry of Education has opened registration for electronic accounts for all categories of entrants in 2025

Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine reported on the opening of electronic office registration for entrants of 2025. All categories of entrants who plan to enter institutions of higher, professional pre-higher or professional education can register.

“Registration of electronic offices of applicants to institutions of higher education, professional pre-higher education and professional education is available from today. This office is needed to submit applications for admission”, the ministry said in a statement.

The MES emphasized that due to a large number of simultaneous requests, the system may work more slowly. Therefore, it is recommended not to try to do everything on the first day, because there is enough time for registration.

“But of course, don’t leave everything until the last hours, then the system is also busy. Choose a day between peak periods”, the department advised.

Those who created an electronic account in previous years should register a new one, as the old accounts have been canceled.

Deputy Minister of Education and Science Mykhailo Vynnytskyi emphasized that choosing a university is much more than just the path to obtaining a diploma:

“The university is a place where a worldview is formed, where a student finds true friends and future colleagues, where new opportunities for personal and professional growth open up.”

He advised the entrants to listen carefully to themselves and their aspirations, make informed and personal choices, study educational institutions and their programs, because everyone has their own unique environment and strengths. Mykhailo Vynnytskyi also urged not to be afraid of changes and to be open to new opportunities.
