The Ministry of Justice has implemented the first AI service for ordering forensic examinations
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has launched the first service based on artificial intelligence for those who order forensic examinations and expert studies. The new AI assistant should facilitate the preparation of documents and make appeals to experts more qualitative and correct.
The tool helps to draw up an application or a resolution on the appointment of an examination, suggests which format of the study to choose, allows you to determine the objects of the examination and correctly formulate questions for the expert.
The service is designed for individuals, lawyers and investigators who apply for expert opinions. It is expected that thanks to the system’s prompts, it will be possible to reduce the number of typical errors even before submitting documents. The pilot project was implemented on the basis of the Research Center for Independent Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice.
