The “yePydpriemets” service has already become popular among Ukrainians, and currently it is used by more than 2,000 people. About this informs “We are Ukraine”.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov noted that thanks to “ePydpryemets” the process of starting a business in Ukraine has become much easier: the time required for registration has decreased from more than 50 days to just 33 minutes — from the moment of submitting an application to receiving the necessary services.
According to Fedorov, retail, IT and online trade remain the most popular directions for starting a business, which indicates an active interest in digital types of entrepreneurship.
From December 2023, the online service “ePydpriyemets” became available in Ukraine, which in its principle resembles “eMalyatko” – several business services can be obtained with one application.
The service combines a wide range of services for entrepreneurs, including:
- registration or change of FOP data,
- LLC registration under the simplified statute,
- transfer of an existing LLC to a simplified statute,
- transition to a simplified taxation system,
- opening a bank account,
- registration of the cash register (POS) or software version,
- registration of a single account for tax payment,
- placement of vacancies in the Employment Center,
- registration of the employee’s employment,
- obtaining fire safety permits and issuing documents on labor protection,
- submission of information about objects of taxation.
