Russian troops continue to attempt to advance to Pokrovsk in Donetsk region in small groups, seeking to gain a foothold in the eastern and northern districts of the city. This was reported by analysts of the DeepState project.

According to analysts, the enemy operates in small units of 5-10 people, avoiding open clashes and gradually accumulating manpower. Some groups even tried to penetrate the Grishino area.

At the same time, Ukrainian units – jaegers and paratroopers – hold positions in the southern part of the city and in several other directions. DeepState notes that Pokrovsk is currently mostly in a “gray zone.”

“The enemy is trying not to engage in battle, but simply to move and accumulate. When our forces clear the streets, the occupiers move to neighboring ones. And after it’s over, they come back again,” analysts said.
