Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration clarified, that the blow was inflicted by an “Iskander” missile. Currently, heat supply is being restored in eight apartment buildings, where 670 subscribers live.
“Five cars and 10 garages caught fire, there was a fire in the apartment of the building. More than 30 private sector houses were damaged. 7 people were injured, 2 were hospitalized”, – he added.
