The State Geology and Subsoil Service of Ukraine announced auctions for which four plots of subsoil with deposits of natural gas, oil, condensate and free gas were put up for auction. About this reports the press service of the department.
The total starting price of the lots is 516,547,130.37 hryvnias. The auction is scheduled for December 11, 2025 and will take place on the Prozorro platform. Real-time sales. All plots were nominated by subsurface users.
“Granting special permits for subsoil use through electronic auctions guarantees fair competition for all bidders. The winner is the one who offers the highest price for the lot, which makes it possible to establish the market value of the special permit,” stressed the head of the State Service Oleg Hotsynets.
We remind you that on September 3, the State Geology and Subsoil Service of Ukraine launched the State Register of Oil and Gas Wells, which contains information on more than 12,500 objects. The register includes information on wells that are on the balance sheet of companies that extract oil and gas, perform drilling operations and monitor their condition.
To register a well, the applicant submits an application, the necessary data about the object and an electronic copy of his passport through the Unified State Electronic Geoinformation System for Subsoil Use. In case of changes during the operation of the well or when its owner or user changes, a new application with up-to-date information must be submitted. The information in the register will be updated within 15 working days.
