The Verkhovna Rada allowed the booking of men who are wanted by the TCC

On October 9, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 13335, which allows the reservation of conscripted men who ignored the rules of military registration at critical enterprises who is not at all registered with the TCC or declared wanted. The initiators of the document were Davyd Arakhamiya, Oleksandr Zavitnevich, Halyna Yanchenko, Roman Kostenko and Yuriy Zdebskyi.

The law specifies that conscripts who do not have or have incorrectly issued military registration documents, have not specified personal data, are not on military registration or are wanted for violating defense legislation, military registration or mobilization are subject to reservation at critical enterprises, institutions and organizations.

Such booking will be valid regardless of the number of already booked employees for a period of up to 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the employment contract and can be applied no more than once a year for a specific person. Their dismissal is allowed at the initiative of the employer, if during this period they do not bring the military registration documents into compliance with the requirements.

The document also defines the procedure for concluding and changing the terms of employment contracts, transferring employees to remote work, introducing a flexible schedule, as well as terminating employment relations in cases when the company cannot continue its activities due to hostilities. It enshrines legal guarantees for mobilized workers, provides mechanisms for preserving their employment status and measures to protect the rights of workers in emergency conditions.
