The Ministry of Digitization is launching the Data+ communication platform for the development of the field of open data

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced the launch of the new Data+ communication platform. The purpose of the platform is to create a systematic dialogue between administrators and users of open data, which will contribute to the prompt resolution of challenges in this area.

At the Ministry of Digital are reported, that the new platform will bring together representatives of state bodies, business, media, experts and public activists to work together on the development of open data in Ukraine.

Participants of the platform will have the opportunity to:

• To actively influence the formation of state policy in the field of open data.
• Formulate proposals for improving the legislation: Propose changes to the legislation regulating the field of open data in order to improve it and adapt it to modern requirements.
• Establish contacts with international partners, exchange experience and best practices in the field of open data.

The Ministry of Digitization hopes that the new platform will become an effective tool for the development of the field of open data in Ukraine, contributing to the increase of transparency and accountability of state bodies, the development of innovations and the economic growth of the country.
