This year, the UN will allocate more than $3 billion in humanitarian aid to Ukraine

The programs of the United Nations Organization for 2025 provide for the allocation of 3.3 billion dollars to support Ukrainians. About this reported President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
“We deeply appreciate all the support of Ukraine and are especially grateful for the decision to allocate 3.3 billion dollars for humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian people this year.” – says the message.
Zelenskyi also mentioned the Ukrainian initiative “Food from Ukraine”, which aims to provide assistance to the Syrian population, and invited the UN to join these important projects.
Earlier, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal reported that the UN Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan in Ukraine envisages attracting more than 2.6 billion dollars to help Ukrainians in 2025.
We will remind that Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with the UN delegation headed by Tom Fletcher and Filippo Grandi. UN representatives visited the southern regions of Ukraine, as well as Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions, including Kupyansk.
