In the state application “Diya” it became possible to go through the entire process of marriage online – from submitting an application to obtaining a marriage certificate. About this reported Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in his Telegram.
“We are launching an online marriage in “Diya”. Only in Ukraine you can go through the full cycle of marriage — from submitting an application, marriage online and to a certificate in the application. You no longer need to go anywhere, collect documents, put them in a file to become husband and wife From now on, it’s a few clicks in “Action”, – he declared.
According to him, this option will allow military and long-distance couples to easily get married, regardless of where they are – in different cities or even countries.
“Join the digital ceremony with the registrar wherever you want. Decide whether you want to change your surname, keep your own or take a double one, simply in the application. The whole process of marriage will last about 30 minutes, the certificate will immediately appear in “Action”, paper version will arrive in the mail. A creative way to surprise your partner is to propose in Action. Check with your loved ones how it works now”, – stressed the Deputy Prime Minister.
As you know, from the end of July through Diya, Ukrainians can receive a military registration document, which has the same legal force as paper versions. Also, everyone can check information in the “Oberig” registry, for example, regarding reservations.
On September 2, the beta test of the national cashback program started in Diya: for the purchase of domestically produced goods, Ukrainians will be able to receive 10% compensation. During the first month, the service will work in testing mode, during which its functionality will be checked.
