Tragedy in Poland: a minibus with Ukrainians got into a road accident, one person was killed and injured

On July 30, a serious traffic accident occurred near the Polish city of Poznań involving a Fiat Ducato minibus, in which there were citizens of Ukraine. As a result of the accident, several people were injured, and one person died. According to preliminary data, the cause of the accident was the carelessness of the minibus driver.
This was reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in comments 24 Channel. According to Polish media, a Fiat Ducato minibus carrying Ukrainians crashed into the back of a truck.
The driver of the minibus died as a result of the accident. Six passengers were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity. The condition of the victims is assessed as stable. At the time of the accident, there were seven citizens of Ukraine in the vehicle. The victims were taken to local hospitals, where they received the necessary medical assistance.
Criminal proceedings have been opened in connection with the accident. The case is under the control of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Wroclaw, which is closely cooperating with local authorities to ensure a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances of the incident.

Rescue services quickly arrived at the scene, providing the necessary assistance and evacuation of the victims.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine called on Ukrainians traveling abroad to be as careful as possible on the roads and to follow traffic rules. The agency expressed its condolences to the families of the deceased and those injured in this tragedy. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasized the importance of road safety and the need to follow all rules and regulations to avoid similar incidents in the future.
The Ukrainian side actively cooperates with the Polish authorities to provide assistance to the affected citizens and their families. The Consulate General of Ukraine in Wroclaw has organized a hotline to provide information and support to relatives of victims.
