Transfer of military personnel in 72 hours: the Cabinet of Ministers changed the mechanism using “Army+”
The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the transfer procedure between military units for military personnel who independently expressed a desire to change units. About this reported President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
“The government has just adopted a special resolution, which is a real and transparent transfer mechanism for our soldiers between the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This applies to transfers at the initiative of soldiers“, the head of state noted.
He added that the transfer will take place through the “Army+” application. 72 hours will be allocated for checking the report, after which the result will be communicated to the military via “Army+”. In case of refusal, clear reasons must be given; if agreed, a clear solution is provided.
The President emphasized that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is obliged to ensure the effectiveness of the new mechanism, which should become operational on November 15.
Zelenskyi also noted that the development of the new mechanism took place in cooperation with the public sector, the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces.
As you know, on November 6, the Ministry of Defense announced that, together with the General Staff of the Armed Forces, it is working on the creation of a digital service aimed at simplifying the process of transferring servicemen between units.
