Trilateral talks on ending war in Ukraine postponed due to situation in Iran: Zelensky

Volodymyr Zelensky announced that trilateral talks between Ukraine, the United States and Russia on ending the war in Ukraine are temporarily postponed due to the attention of international partners to the situation in Iran.

According to Zelensky, the postponement occurred at the request of the American side.

“Currently, the partners’ priority and all attention is on the situation around Iran, and because of this, the meeting, which was planned for this week at the suggestion of the American side, is postponed,” — the president wrote on social networks.

At the same time, Zelensky stressed that Ukraine remains ready for negotiations at any time and in a format that will be realistic and effective for ending the war.

The president emphasized that Kyiv remains open to dialogue and is ready coordinate with international partners to achieve real results.
