Tyshchenko’s bodyguard threatened to cut his veins during the selection of a preventive measure (video)

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv postponed the hearing on the selection of a preventive measure for the bodyguard of People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko, Serhiy Zuberi. During the hearing, the suspect threw a tantrum, shouted at the judge and threatened to cut his veins.
Cubera criminalize torture and illegal deprivation of liberty. According to the investigation, he was among a group of people who, on the order of People’s Deputy Tyshchenko, detained and beat a former soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmytro Mazokha. The victim was punched and choked at least twice, then handcuffed.
Zuber’s lawyer did not appear during the court session. The suspect started shouting and demanding to bring his lawyer, saying that he was being tried illegally. Tyshchenko’s bodyguard also threatened to harm himself.
The prosecution will ask for Zuber to be held without bail.
We will remind that on June 20, a video was published on the Internet, in which unknown men in military uniform and without identification marks beat former KRAKEN soldier Dmytro Pavlov, who was walking down the street with a child in a stroller, and put handcuffs on him. It happened in Dnipro, while the attackers were bodyguards of People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko, who accompanied him during a visit to the city to “fight against illegal offices and bot farms.” Already on June 25, the court sent People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko under 24-hour house arrest for 60 days.
