According to the department, they testified to activities aimed at undermining the constitutional order, state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as creating threats to national security.

The lawsuit noted that the party’s founding documents contained pro-Russian ideological provisions. Also, according to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the party leadership publicly supported Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, denied Ukrainian statehood, and approved the temporary occupation of Ukrainian territories.

In addition, the case materials state that the party leader, according to the investigation, was an agent of Russian influence and participated in subversive activities against Ukraine during the Revolution of Dignity.

After the decision enters into legal force, the termination of the activities of the Rus party and the transfer of its assets to the state must be ensured.
