“Peace without justice will lead to a new war. Therefore, the goal is not just to end the war, but to create conditions in which the peace will be just and lasting, and a new war will become impossible. This will be victory.” Kuleba emphasized
He also expressed his support for the World Summit initiative, which is of crucial importance in achieving international stability. Kuleba emphasized that Ukraine will continue to cooperate with all countries of the world to find joint solutions to restore justice.
In the context of Russia’s participation in the peace process, Kuleba emphasized that Kyiv does not seek northern communication with Moscow, but is considering the possibility of Russian participation in another Summit within the framework of the Black Sea Grain.
We will remind you that Ukraine is determined to hold the second Peace Summit in the country of the Global South. Kuleba made it clear that Kyiv does not seek direct contacts with Russia, but its participation in the second Peace Summit is possible under the format of the Black Sea Grain Initiative. The President of Switzerland, who organized the first Peace Summit, believes that the participation of the Russian Federation in the peace process remains a key issue.
