Ukrainian Himera communication systems have been tested in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukrainian Himera G1 PRO radio stations and B1 repeaters have successfully passed tests in the 151st separate reconnaissance and strike battalion of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the domestic manufacturer of communication systems Himera Radios.

The company noted that the testing took place in conditions as close to combat conditions as possible: on different terrain, among buildings and at real communication distances.

“The unit noted significant progress compared to the first model – both in terms of build quality and functionality. Himera was described as a high-quality, reliable and modern means of communication, created for the needs of the army. The military particularly emphasized the ease of setup, mobile application, autonomy and great potential for further development, ”, – the manufacturer reported after the tests.

The company added that thanks to these tests, it was possible to identify areas for improving sound quality, and changes are already being worked on.

As a reminder, in August Himera Radios announced the release of update 2.0 for its tactical radio stations. Among the improvements are increased communication range, clearer voice reproduction, reduced noise level, an autonomous repeater with the ability to remotely control and update, as well as an updated voice communication screen, which has become more informative.
