This weekend, the payment of the “National Cashback” for October and November 2025 will begin. The total amount that more than 4 million users will receive is 1.074 billion hryvnias. This is – one of the largest payments for the entire duration of the program, which encourages the purchase of Ukrainian goods, reported the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
According to the department, payments for October will amount to 550.29 million UAH, and for November – 524.02 million UAH.
“The number of active users indicates an increase in interest in Ukrainian goods instead of imported ones”, – noted Economy Minister Oleksiy Sobolev.
The ministry emphasizes that in just these two months, Ukrainians purchased goods worth over 10 billion UAH.
Thanks to these payments, the payment plan under the program for 2025 will be fully implemented. The payment for December 2025 is scheduled for February 2026, which is due to the specifics of the budget process.
Users will be able to check the accrual of funds in the “Diya” application. Since the launch of the program in 2024, the total amount of payments has reached 6 billion UAH, demonstrating the effectiveness of the mechanism for stimulating demand for Ukrainian goods.
