“Ukrposhta” has introduced preferential delivery for military personnel through “Army+”

“Ukrposhta” has joined the “Plus” program in the “Army+” application and introduced special conditions for servicemen. Shipments to front-line regions will cost 1 UAH, and other parcels will receive a 25% discount. This was reported by the company’s press service.

Servicemen who use the “Army+” application have received new preferential delivery conditions from “Ukrposhta”. In particular, parcels registered online and sent to front-line regions or in the opposite direction can now be sent for 1 hryvnia. At the same time, shipments within Ukraine and abroad are carried out with a 25% discount.

The offer applies to over a million users of the application and is aimed at simplifying the communication of military personnel with their loved ones and comrades, especially where communication is difficult or of critical importance.

To take advantage of preferential rates, you need to log in to “Army+”, generate a barcode and show it at the “Ukrposhta” branch when registering the parcel. Up to three promotional codes are available for each type of service each month.

The company notes that this initiative was launched in response to a request from the military for an affordable and reliable way to send and receive parcels. In frontline communities, Ukrposhta is often the only service that continues to operate, so its services are important for maintaining communication.

The UAH 1 rate applies to parcels weighing up to 30 kg, registered online at the Priority rate, if they are sent to or from frontline regions. If the shipment is registered directly at the branch, UAH 5 is added to the cost. The list of such regions includes Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

The 25% discount applies to shipments weighing up to 30 kg within Ukraine at the “Priority” tariff, as well as to international shipments, including parcels, EMS and small packages.

In addition, “Ukrposhta” is preparing for the next stage of digitalization of its services. By the end of February, the company’s mobile application had a function for online payment for parcels and managing their delivery.
