The Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, described the statement of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, about the “Friendship” oil pipeline. as “blackmail and threats” and emphasized that it will have long-term consequences. This is reported by Magyar Nemzet.
Orbán emphasized that “open attack and threats” Zelensky’s address to Hungary “will not remain without consequences”.
“It was an eventful weekend. President Zelensky openly threatened Hungary. He admitted that they are shooting at the “Friendship” pipeline because we do not support their accession to the EU. This shows that the Hungarians made the right decision, the Hungarian Prime Minister said.
He also stated that “blackmail, bombing and threats will not bring anyone into the EU”.
