Zelensky made changes to the staff of the Commander-in-Chief

The decree of the head of state enters into force from the moment of its publication.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi made changes to the staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief in accordance with by decree No. 457/2024, published on the website of the head of state.

According to the document, the Headquarters included the commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Trepak, and the head of the State Security Department, Oleksiy Morozov, who were recently appointed to their positions.

At the same time, Oleksandr Kubrakov, Serhiy Lupanchuk, and Serhiy Rudy were removed from the Staff. The document enters into force from the day of its publication.

It will be recalled that in May the President dismissed Serhiy Lupanchuk from the post of commander of the SSO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and appointed Oleksandr Trepak to this position. At the same time, Serhiy Rudy was dismissed from the post of head of the State Security Department of Ukraine, and in June Oleksiy Morozov was appointed in his place.

Also in May, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a resolution on the dismissal of Oleksandr Kubrakov from the post of Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction — Minister of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure.
