“Industrial parks are an important tool for economic recovery and job creation in regions. Each new park means production facilities, modern infrastructure, investment attraction and development of local communities. The state, for its part, continues to support investors with the program “State stimulation of the creation of industrial parks”, compensating part of the costs of engineering and transport infrastructure. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the barriers to launching new productions, – noted Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Vitaly Kindrativ.
According to the department, the “BIOSENS” industrial park will work on the territory of the Stepankiv village community of the Cherkasy district of the Cherkasy region. Its area will be 29.7 hectares. Enterprises for the processing of agricultural products, food production, logistics, agricultural technologies, feed production and energy will be located here. The concept envisages the creation of up to 500 jobs and the attraction of almost UAH 970 million in investments.
Industrial park “STAN-INVEST” will be opened in the city of Oleksandria, Kirovohrad region. It will cover an area of 11.6 hectares and will specialize in mechanical engineering, metalworking, metalwork production, equipment repair and engineering design services. The concept provides for the creation of up to 250 jobs and an investment of UAH 323 million.
Industrial park “LYUBLYNETS” will be located on the territory of the Lyublynetsk settlement community of the Kovel district of the Volyn region. On the area of 49.7 hectares, enterprises of the food industry will work: processing fruits, vegetables, oil production, bakery products and other products. The concept provides for the creation of up to 2,500 jobs and the attraction of more than UAH 653 million in investments.
Industrial Park “Zboriv” will function in the city of Zboriv, Ternopil region, on an area of 15.5 hectares. The priority areas will be the production of beverages, processing of agricultural products, production of food and non-food products, warehousing and transport activities. The concept of the park provides for the creation of up to 250 jobs and investments in the amount of UAH 232 million.
Industrial Park “ODESA NOVA PARK” will be created on the territory of Odesa region. It will cover 16.4 hectares and will unite enterprises of mechanical engineering, metalworking, food industry, alternative energy, IT and scientific and technical activities. It is planned to create up to 700 jobs and attract almost UAH 1 billion of investments.
Industrial Park “INTEGRAL” will be opened in Vinnytsia on an area of 17.9 hectares. Its participants will work in the fields of food production, furniture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, light industry, telecommunications and science. The concept provides for the creation of up to 930 jobs and the attraction of investments in the amount of UAH 1 billion.
