An online platform dedicated to issues of social security and support for military personnel and their family members has started operating in Ukraine. This is an initiative of the Ministry of Defense. One of the tools of the site – financial security calculator military
“On the platform, users can calculate financial support according to the main types of payments to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using an online calculator. They can also receive information on: the procedure for calculating and paying financial support, one-time financial assistance in case of disability or death (death) of a serviceman , other social guarantees to servicemen and members of their families”, – informed Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Among the items that are taken into account when calculating the amount of payments are the rank of a military serviceman, type of military service (contract, mobilization or term service), years of service, degree of secrecy, direct participation in hostilities and national security and defense measures (the so-called “combat “) etc.
Also on portals of social security of military personnel you can get detailed information about the status of a participant in hostilities and payments and benefits for this category of military personnel.
