A new employee booking service for defense enterprises has been introduced on the Diya portal

A new function has appeared on the Diya portal, which allows enterprises of the defense-industrial complex to temporarily book their employees for a period of up to 45 days. This makes it possible to regulate the military registration of employees and ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical enterprises.

As reported on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the new service was the result of the implementation of the Law of Ukraine No. 4630-IX, which regulates the procedure for booking military personnel at defense enterprises and simplifies the procedure for attracting specialists during martial law.

Now, defense industry enterprises can temporarily book employees whose military registration has not yet been completed or requires clarification, for a period of up to 45 calendar days. This gives employees time to organize the necessary documents, and enterprises – a guarantee of continuous performance of defense tasks.

“The law solves the problem of stable operation of the defense sector and attracting the necessary specialists to perform important tasks at enterprises of the defense-industrial complex. Due to gaps in the legislation that existed before the adoption of the Law, the relevant employees could receive summonses or were not subject to booking in the period between the recognition of the enterprise as critically important for the defense industry and the adoption of a decision to book them as employees of such an enterprise,” – said the chairman of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Oleksandr Zavitnevych.
