A new stage of registration and verification of Starlink terminals is being launched at Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta branches

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, together with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, are launching a new stage of registration and verification of Starlink terminals. As reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, this can now be done directly at the offices of postal operators.

The new service works on a principle similar to the verification procedure through the Central Post Office. To submit an application, the owner must prepare documents confirming his identity: a passport or a National Registration Certificate. You also need to have data about the Starlink terminal itself, including the user account number on the Starlink portal, the device KIT number, and the UTID or Dish ID.

After that, the owner needs to contact the nearest Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, submit an application for registration and verification, and then wait for confirmation. According to the project initiators, the application processing takes up to 48 hours on average.

Thus, Ukrainians get an additional opportunity to officially register Starlink without visiting government institutions, which makes the procedure more accessible and convenient, especially for those who are unable to quickly issue documents through the Central Post Office.
