Andriy Yermak rejected all charges against him after a court hearing at the High Court of Cassation
Former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, after a meeting at the Supreme Court of Justice on May 12, rejected all charges against him. He also stated that since February 24, 2022, he has been almost constantly staying and living in the Office of the President.
“I deny all charges. And I would also like to note that starting from 5 am on February 24, 2022, I have been almost constantly staying and living in the Office of the President. Calculate what time it is. It was about that time that the representatives of the prosecution spoke about today,” – Yermak told reporters after the meeting.
The former head of the OP added that his first trips abroad were business trips to the USA and other countries. Also, according to him, he traveled with Volodymyr Zelensky to the front.
Yermak emphasized that all his trips were work-related, and the president’s team “worked and continues to work 24/7.”
“That is, it seems to me that it is very important to remember this. It was my conscious choice, as well as the president’s, as well as millions of Ukrainians.
And I think that it is thanks to this, I mean Ukrainians, that we have this situation today and we will definitely never let the enemy take away our independence from us. And I really hope that a fair state of affairs will come very soon, because a lot of people are waiting for it,” Yermak emphasized.
