Anti-corruption court seizes part of property of Tetiana Krupa, head of Khmelnytskyi MSEC
The High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to seize part of the property of Tetiana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Expert Committee, who is suspected of illicit enrichment. The seized assets include foreign currency, land agreements, expensive jewellery, bank cards and electronic devices.
According to the HACCU ruling, $3.17 million, 140,000 euros and 1.27 million hryvnias were seized from Tetiana Krupa’s residence. In addition, $93,000 and €2,000 were found and seized in her office on 3 October. The court also blocked other assets:
- design documents for the construction of five houses;
- a laptop, five flash drives, an iPhone 10 phone
- two boxes of gold jewellery inlaid with white stones;
- copies of Tetiana Krupa’s declarations for 2021-2023, a draft response to the NAPC’s request and certificates of dividend payments.
The court also seized the sale and purchase agreements for land plots owned by Krupa and technical documentation for her husband’s land plots, as well as luxury jewellery, medical records and bank cards.
In addition, the court seized the project documentation for the reconstruction of the disco club in Chekman Park, as well as the logs of the work performed.
