ARMA searched for and confiscated the assets of a company with Russian connections: how much was recovered
The Agency for Search and Management of Assets (ARMA) found real estate and more than 100 million hryvnias in the accounts of the company and its director, which were involved in cooperation with Russian special services.
About this stated the head of ARMA Olena Duma. She noted that an investigation was conducted at the request of the SBU, during which ARMA discovered assets belonging to a Russian company and its manager, which operated in one of the regions of Ukraine.
“According to the investigation, the Russian company, using a legal entity registered in Ukraine, carried out intelligence and subversive activities against our state in close cooperation with the Russian special services”, – emphasized Duma.
During the investigation, both residential and non-residential real estate, as well as bank accounts belonging to the company and its director, were found. More than 100 million hryvnias were found on these accounts, probably obtained as a result of cooperation with the aggressor country.
ARMA has already transferred all the received information to the pre-trial investigation body to take the necessary measures, including the seizure of the discovered assets.
Earlier, ARMA handed over to management more than 2.2 billion hryvnias seized from the accounts of an online casino that was connected to representatives of the aggressor country.
