Attack on Nikopol market: number of injured rises to 27, five people killed

The number of casualties after the Russian strike on the market in Nikopol on April 4 has risen to 27. Five people died in the attack. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk ODA, Oleksandr Ganzha.

“5 people were killed, 28 were injured. The enemy attacked three districts of the region with drones and artillery more than 50 times.

In the Nikopol region, the district center, Chervonogryhorivska, Pokrovska, Marhanetska, and Myrivska communities suffered. More than three dozen trade pavilions, an agricultural enterprise, a private house, an outbuilding, and a car were damaged.

27 people were injured as a result of Russian strikes on the Nikopol market. Another man, 42 years old, was injured in another attack. He is receiving outpatient treatment.

A house was on fire in the Mykolaivska community of the Synelnyk district. “A private house was damaged in the Hrushivska community in Kryvyi Rih,” Ganzha informed.

Earlier, he noted that a 14-year-old girl and two men aged 28 and 72 were in serious condition. The rest of the wounded, according to doctors, were in moderate condition.

On April 4, at around 9:50 a.m., the Russian military struck a market in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, with a drone. Initially, five people were killed and 19 wounded.
