As NEQSOL regional director Volodymyr Lavrenchuk noted in a comment for LIGA.net, the holding expects the completion of the privatization process and the official announcement of the results in accordance with current procedures.
In accordance with the rules of conducting electronic auctions for large privatization objects, if less than two applications are submitted for the auction, the privatization body must make a decision on the sale of the asset within five working days after the formation of the protocol.
Lavrenchuk also noted that NEQSOL considers OGHC as a strategic investment that can strengthen the group’s position in various industries.
NEQSOL is a group of companies that is 100% owned by Nasib Hasanov and operates in various sectors of the economy. Starting in the oil and gas sector in the early 1990s, the group has expanded its operations through two companies, Nobel Oil E&P, which is engaged in exploration and production, and Nobel Energy, which provides services to oil and gas operators.
