Customs detected violations worth UAH 10.9 billion in 11 months: manufactured goods and cars are leading

According to information from the press service of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, from January to November 2025, customs authorities detected 8,851 cases of violation of customs rules for a total amount of UAH 10.9 billion. During this period, UAH 6.4 billion was seized.

Within 3,194 proceedings, objects of violations with a total value of over UAH 1 billion were temporarily seized. Among the seized items are industrial goods worth about UAH 699 million, vehicles worth over UAH 171 million, food products worth UAH 77 million, and currency worth UAH 75 million.

Customs applied administrative penalties in the form of fines worth UAH 56 million in 1,880 cases. Together with the processes considered earlier, UAH 58 million has already been collected from the state budget.

5,010 cases for a total amount of over UAH 10.5 billion have been referred to court. According to the results of the court proceedings, the amount of penalties imposed — including confiscation of goods and fines — is UAH 6.4 billion; This figure also partially includes cases filed in previous periods.

We also recall that in November 2025, the State Customs Service transferred UAH 61.9 billion in customs payments to the state budget – UAH 10.6 billion more than in November last year.
