In the “Action” application, there is an opportunity to report problems with mobile communication and the Internet. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
From now on, users can quickly inform about communication failures, which will help analyze problem areas and accelerate the expansion of coverage.
To leave a message in “Actions”, you need to press the “No connection” button on the main screen of the application, give one-time access to geolocation, and indicate whether the problem occurs during power outages. Next, you need to choose an operator, specify what exactly is not working (Internet, calls or both), and also specify where exactly there is no connection – indoors or outdoors.
If the Internet is temporarily unavailable, a message can be left in Actions and it will be sent automatically when the connection is restored. The collected information will be forwarded to the National Communications Regulatory Commission, which will analyze the data and work together with operators to solve problems in specific areas.
