“Diya” has opened online registration of public organizations
A new service has been launched on the state digital services portal “Diya” – registration of public organizations in more than 30 areas of activity. You can also get this service offline in the territorial centers of the Ministry of Justice. The launch was announced by the press service of “Diia”.
The department noted that from now on, a public organization can be created automatically – without involving lawyers and without additional approvals. Online registration of a new public organization takes up to 30 minutes, and users do not need to spend money on individual charters and notary services. The service covers more than 30 areas of activity, including volunteering, education, human rights and others. There are also flexible settings that allow you to choose the format of the organization’s work.
To use the service, you need to log in to the “Diya” portal using a qualified electronic signature, select public organization registration, fill out the form, configure the organization, and sign the CEP application.
“Important: to submit an application for registration, you must have an identification number and UNZR (unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register). Without these data, submitting an application is impossible”, – emphasized “Diya”.
The online registration service for public organizations was developed by the Ministry of Justice together with the Ministry of Digital Affairs with the support of Swiss-Ukrainian program EGAP, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation.
