“We are preparing to launch eExcise and eNotary. We will create a medical office in Diya, and receiving a pension will be the most convenient service in the world. A separate track is services for veterans, who should feel the state’s gratitude.” he declared.
Fedorov also said that among the future updates is the integration of artificial intelligence into the “Action” ecosystem.
“Our vision is that Diya should turn into an AI agent. We will soon launch an AI assistant with which you can get the first service. Over time, instead of looking for the right service among dozens, it will be enough to describe your situation, and Diya will find a solution on its own.”, – explained the minister.
Among the key directions is the creation of a powerful IT system for government officials.
“The key task now is to provide all government officials with quality data in real time, which should become the basis for making effective decisions. That is why we will soon launch a single product for the entire government – a dashboard of all key data of the life of the state.”Fedorov added.
We will remind you that on June 30, a new service became available at “Diya” — replacing a technical license for a car online. This will come in handy if the document is lost, damaged, license plates changed or converted to a digital format.
Also, the application is actively testing an assistant based on artificial intelligence. It will be able to answer user questions and generate income statements based on a simple text query.
