During a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a sharp conflict took place between Poroshenko and Yaremenko

Leader of “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko sent People’s Deputy from “Servant of the People” Bohdan Yaremenko. People’s deputy from “Servant of the People”, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Olha Vasylevska-Smaglyuk reported this.

“There was consideration of the resolution on the dismissal of Boyk from the position of a member of the Committee. Petro Oleksiyovych was speaking. And when he was about to go to the seat, he shouted in the direction of our faction: “I personally finance the army.” And Bohdan Yaremenko said to him: “You’d better sit on workplace and did not vote for the resolution for the second time.” Because Poroshenko was absent yesterday. She claims that there are witnesses who heard the words spoken by Petro Poroshenko, and also notes that there was a fight in the hall.

Instead, Maksym Savrasov, a representative of “European Solidarity”, presented his version of events. According to him, Poroshenko approached deputy Nikita Poturaev to discuss the speech of Georgy Mazurash, who, having left the “Servant of the People” faction, spoke in support of Boyko from the podium.

“Yaremenko, whose seat is nearby, first verbally, then physically tried to prevent communication, and then you saw everything.” – explained Savrasov.
