During Trump’s rule, Saudi Arabia plans to invest $600 billion in the United States

Saudi Arabia’s crown prince announced the kingdom’s intention to invest $600 billion in the United States over the next four years. About this informs Associated Press.

The statement came after Donald Trump’s assessment of the prospect of traveling to the kingdom as his first foreign tour. Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s comments came during a phone call with Trump.

“The crown prince confirmed the kingdom’s intention to expand investment and trade with the United States over the next four years to the tune of $600 billion, and possibly more,” – says the message.

As for the details of the areas in which the investments will be directed, there are no statements. Recently, the US has shown independence from Saudi oil, although it has been the basis of relations between the two countries for decades.

In turn, the Saudi welfare funds invested large sums of money in American business, especially in the field of sports. At the same time, Saudi Arabia continues to rely on American weapons and defense systems, which can become part of these investments.
