This year’s rating of the best employers in Ukraine was topped by the IT companies Intellias, Headway and appflame, the tobacco company Philip Morris Ukraine and the mobile operator Vodafone. These are the results presented edition of Forbes Ukraine as part of the fifth annual ranking of employers.
A total of 50 companies were included in the list. Among them are ten IT companies, six retail chains, five agricultural sector enterprises, six pharmaceutical companies and five banks. Mobile operators and representative offices of international businesses were also included in the list.
This year’s list has been updated by almost 50% – only 27 companies from the rating appeared in it last year. Intellias, Headway, “Philip Morris Ukraine”, Vodafone, “Kyivstar”, as well as the international company Carlsberg Ukraine remain the constant leaders.
The ranking was formed on the basis of a survey of company employees. This year, Forbes together with the Robota.ua platform collected the answers of almost 48,000 employees from more than 270 companies. The evaluation was based on a number of criteria, including brand reputation, wage levels, working conditions, social guarantees, support during wartime, sense of security, opportunities for development, openness and equality.
The raters also determined the winners in special nominations. In particular, the company “Interpipe” is recognized as a leader in the category of support for defenders of Ukraine. According to respondents, the best social package was offered by Philip Morris Ukraine. And Vodafone showed the biggest year-over-year growth, rising 29 positions.
