This time, the Ukrainian State Institute for the Design of Heavy Machine-Building Plants, the total area of which is 5,324.1 m², will be put up for online auction. About this reported the head of the Foundation Vitaliy Koval.
This institute, located in the Saltiv district of Kharkiv, near the “Defenders of Ukraine” metro station, is part of the lot, which includes:

Currently, the enterprise engaged in architectural activities has only two full-time employees, while in 2021 there were 21 of them. In addition, the institute has accumulated accounts payable in the amount of UAH 3.63 million.
“Privatization of this object is necessary for effective use of real estate, business development, overcoming the crisis and creating new jobs,” Koval said.

This lot was sold for more than UAH 60 million, and 34 participants competed for it on the Prozorro.Prodazhi platform.
