Fugitive People’s Deputy Kunitsky filed an income tax return for 2024
People’s deputy Oleksandr Kunytskyi, who left the territory of Ukraine, submitted electronic declaration of income for 2024. According to the document, his salary for the year decreased by more than 90 thousand hryvnias, and so did his savings.
At the same time, Kunitsky remains the owner of several real estate properties, including an apartment in Israel worth almost 5 million hryvnias and an apartment in Odesa, which he bought after the start of a full-scale war. This is reported by UNN with reference to the declaration.
The declaration states that for 2024, Kunytskyi received 501,788 hryvnias in salary — 90,511 hryvnias less than in the previous year. He declared $115,000 in cash and $1,780 in a bank account. For comparison, last year the deputy reported 120,000 dollars in cash and 136,847 hryvnias in accounts.
Among the real estate properties owned by Kunytskyi are an apartment in Zaporizhzhia, another apartment in the same city that he uses, as well as a rented apartment in Kyiv. In addition, the deputy declared an apartment in Odesa, purchased in 2022, a parking space in Odesa and an apartment in Israel, which he purchased in 2017 for 4,910,232 hryvnias.
Kunytskyi also owns intangible assets, including the right to the ZPSANEK YouTube channel and a collection of videos on traffic, cars and anti-corruption.
We will remind that in September 2024, the Kyiv police received a statement about a beating by a people’s deputy. A video of Kunitskyi, who was probably involved in the incident, was circulating on social networks. On November 5, information appeared that Kunytskyi had not returned from a business trip abroad. According to Bihus.info, he did not participate in any of the votes in the Verkhovna Rada during October.
Later, Schemy, citing sources in law enforcement agencies and deputies, reported that on September 23, Kunytskyi left for the United States as part of a business trip to “deepen Ukrainian-American interparliamentary cooperation” and has not returned to Ukraine since then.
