How to contain the migration crisis and not lose the opportunity to help Ukraine: a dilemma in the USA

Of course, at this time, Donald Trump is trying to use the situation for his own purposes and focuses the public’s attention on the problem of migration. He is simply skillfully preventing the resolution of this issue until the next election. Actions like this are causing a lot of tension between different levels of government, as some states and cities are beginning to implement their own restrictions on migration. In addition, the migration flow, especially at the border with Mexico, continues to increase, which creates additional challenges for the country.
The growing tension from this issue in society and the increase in debate around it is reflected in public opinion polls, which show growing dissatisfaction and decreasing support for the current president and his policies. Trump and his supporters are using this moment to strengthen their positions and undermine political opponents.
