In the application “Action” a new function has appeared – now users can submit a report on completed works. This is the final stage of the service “ Payment for construction” within the program “is Restoration”, reported the press service of “Diia”.
The final report is needed to confirm the actual construction, to show the state that the funds were used as intended, and to complete all formalities without queues and paper procedures. To begin with, it is necessary to obtain a document on readiness for operation on the portal “ Action” – it can be a declaration or a certificate depending on the area of the house.
After that, in the application, you need to go to the “isRecovery” section, select “Payment for construction”, open your payments and submit a notification about the completion of the work. The report is accompanied by photos, documents and receipts that confirm the completion of the construction, after which it is sent for review.
“In “Dia” everything necessary is checked automatically: documents, type of construction, technical inventory. If something needs to be corrected, you will receive clear hints as to what needs to be corrected. Submit the report within 30 working days after you complete the construction and receive the document on putting the house into operation, the message says.
