During February, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine codified and approved for use in the Defense Forces more than 100 new models of weapons and military equipment, more than 90% of which are of domestic production. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Defense.
Among the new models that have passed codification are, in particular, unmanned aircraft complexes, ammunition for them, radio-electronic warfare systems, means of radiation, chemical and biological protection, automotive equipment and aviation equipment.
“For comparison, during the same period last year, about 60 samples of weapons and military equipment were codified, and only a third of them were Ukrainian-made.” – said the Ministry of Defense.
Also, the Ministry of Defense reported that since the beginning of the year, more than 10 new unmanned aerial systems with a fiber-optic control channel have been admitted to operation in the Defense Forces.
