In the Kyiv region, they plan to build a shelter for a hospital: 1.5 million hryvnias have been allocated for the project
The project is designed for the new construction of a dual purpose building and should be completed by the end of 2024.
The communal enterprise “Rokytnian multidisciplinary hospital” has announced a tender for the search of a contractor for the development of the shelter project. It became known from advertisement in the Prozorro electronic public procurement system, transmits Kyiv Government.
According to the announcement, 1 million 500 thousand hryvnias have been allocated for the project. The work is planned to be completed by the end of this year. The project involves the new construction of a dual-purpose structure that will serve as a shelter.
The tender appeal period is currently ongoing, as details that require changes have been identified in the terms of reference. However, at this stage, it is impossible to make changes to the documentation, so there is a possibility that the tender will be canceled.
The ad generated significant interest, garnering 13 inquiries from potential bidders. Many of them pointed to inaccuracies in the contract. For example, different applications required different documents, causing confusion and uncertainty among participants as to what exactly needed to be provided.
There were also several complaints about discriminatory requirements. According to the contractors, some of the certificates that were required in the tender documentation have not been provided for a long time.
