Law enforcement officers exposed the pimp’s illegal activities, as a result of which she was fined 51,000 hryvnias. To gather evidence, they sent their employee under the guise of a client to arrange with her to provide sexual services for money.
About this it is said in the sentence of the Putivl District Court of the Sumy Region.
According to the court, in the fall of 2023, the suspect convinced her friend to have sex for money. She promised to find clients for her and took her part for it.
In December 2023, the law enforcement officers came to the pimp, and in order to document the crime, they sent two people to the pimp. “Under the control of the police”, one of them had sex with a woman twice, for which he paid UAH 3,000 and 4,000. After the second such meeting, the police managed to expose the crime.
At the trial, the pimp admitted her guilt and repented. She reported that she had financial problems and asked to take into account that she was raising two children.
The court found the woman guilty under Part 1 of Art. 303, Part 2 of Art. 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and fined UAH 51,000.
