In Ukraine, a Memorandum on cooperation between the National Bank of Ukraine and the National Security Service of Ukraine was signed: details

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine (NAPrN of Ukraine) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. This document aims to strengthen the interaction between the two institutions in the field of legal science development and improvement of the financial legislation of Ukraine with the aim of adapting it to the standards of the European Union.

The main directions of cooperation:

• interaction during scientific research aimed at improving regulatory and legal regulation in the field of financial and monetary policy implementation and adaptation of Ukrainian financial legislation to EU legislation;
• joint development of scientifically based proposals and recommendations for draft laws and other normative legal acts, state programs and action plans, strategies, ratification of international agreements related to the development of the financial market;
• organization and holding of joint scientific, scientific-practical and scientific-methodological conferences, round tables, symposia, congresses, seminars, other scientific events, including international ones;
• mutual improvement of the qualifications of specialists of the National Bank and the National Bank of Ukraine in the relevant divisions of both institutions;
• cooperation in other areas.

“The interaction between the National Bank and the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine can make us more stable and convincing in our actions.”, – said the chairman of the National Bank during the signing of the Memorandum.
