In Ukraine, the amount of fines for violation of reporting has been revised

From March 25, 2025, new fines for late submission of transfer pricing reports will come into force in Ukraine. About this informs State tax service.

The fine for not submitting a notice of participation in an international group of companies has been increased from 50 to 100 subsistence minimums for an able-bodied person as of January 1 of the reporting year, i.e. from UAH 850 to UAH 1,700. At the same time, the fine for late submission of this notice was reduced from 100 to 50 subsistence minimums (from UAH 1,700 to UAH 850).

In case of untimely declaration of controlled transactions in the submitted report (if a clarifying report is submitted), the fine will be UAH 17 for each day of delay, but will not exceed UAH 5,100 or 0.5% of the amount of undeclared transactions.

The Tax Office emphasizes that fines imposed as a result of inspections are applied in accordance with the amounts in effect at the time of the decision, and calls on taxpayers to submit reports in a timely manner.

We would like to remind you that on February 3, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved the updated form for the tax calculation of personal income tax and social security contributions, and with it – a new procedure for its filling and submission.
