More than 7,000 people were evacuated from the north of Kharkiv Oblast
The Russians continue to shell and try to advance in the north of the Kharkiv region. As a result, more than 7,000 people were forced to evacuate from Chuguyiv, Kharkiv and Bogoduhiv districts.
About it on Tuesday reported Oleg Sinegubov, head of Kharkiv OVA.
“So far, 2,065 local residents have been evacuated from Chuguyiv district, 2,989 from Kharkiv district, 67 from Bogoduhiv district, and 1,902 people have been evacuated by volunteers. A total of 7,023 people were evacuated”, – Sinegubov wrote in Telegram.
According to him, over the past day, Ukrainian troops in the Kupyansk direction repelled 22 attacks:
- First Estuary – Sinkivka
- Vilshanka – Sinkivka
- Starchy – Birch
- Kolomiychikha – Stelmakhivka
- Kovalivka – Novoyehorivka
- The site is Makiivka
13 attacks were repulsed in the Kharkiv direction. The situation in the region remains difficult, but Ukrainian troops are on the defensive and repulsing the Russians.
