Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of six new services in “Dia”
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov informed about the launch of six new services on the “Diya” portal.
“We are currently working on projects that will become a revolutionary stage in the development of digital Ukraine”, Fedorov noted.
In the near future in “Dia” the following services will appear:
- AI assistant. This is an artificial intelligence that will provide government services. The first will be a certificate of income, later users will be able to receive consultations and other services simply by writing their request in the chat in ordinary language.
- e-Notary. Ukrainians will have access to notary services online, which means higher quality, lower prices and advantages of digital format.
- eExcise. Paper excise stamps will be replaced by electronic ones. In “Dia” it will be possible to check the legality of products by scanning such a mark.
- The way of the wounded. A comprehensive online service is being created for military personnel and their families. Interaction with state bodies will occur automatically — without queuing, collecting information and visiting various institutions.
- Basic social assistance. Beta testing of a new service is being launched, which will combine all types of social payments into one comprehensive service. It will be possible to apply through “Dia”, without paper procedures.
- Excerpt of criminal record with apostille. Now this document can be ordered in “Action” with delivery Currently, it is available only in one institution in Kyiv, and the new service should solve this problem.
